Imagina Works operates JobEsok and collects the account, studio, booking, client, crew, payment status and operational information needed to run your photography workspace.

We may also collect technical information such as device, browser and usage data to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use your information to provide the JobEsok workspace, support booking workflows, show client and crew portals, process billing and improve the product.

JobEsok does not sell your studio, client or crew data.

JobEsok may use trusted infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, analytics and payment providers to operate the service.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. JobEsok does not store full card numbers.

JobEsok accesses Google Calendar data only when a user connects Google Calendar to their workspace. This may include the list of calendars available to the connected Google Account and the calendar events that JobEsok creates, updates or deletes for booking synchronization.

JobEsok uses this Google Calendar data only to let users choose a calendar and keep booking dates, times and related booking details synchronized with calendars owned by the user.

JobEsok does not sell Google user data and does not share, transfer or disclose Google user data to unrelated third parties. Google user data may be shared with trusted service providers only as necessary to operate and secure the service, or disclosed when required by law, legal process or to protect the rights, safety and security of users, JobEsok or others.

Google user data is protected using HTTPS encryption in transit, secure server-side storage for OAuth tokens, access controls and least-privilege use of Google API permissions. JobEsok requests only the Google Calendar permissions needed to provide the calendar synchronization feature.

JobEsok retains Google OAuth tokens and synchronization metadata only while Google Calendar remains connected or as otherwise needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

When a user disconnects Google Calendar, JobEsok stops future synchronization and deletes or invalidates the stored OAuth tokens used for that connection. When a user deletes their account or workspace, Google user data associated with that account or workspace is deleted or anonymized according to JobEsok's account deletion and backup retention practices, unless retention is required by law.

Studios are responsible for the client and crew information they enter into JobEsok and for ensuring they have permission to use that information.
