Refund Policy

How JobEsok handles subscription refunds and billing questions.

Subscription billing

JobEsok subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the plan and billing interval selected during checkout.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available in your workspace.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@jobesok.com with your studio name and billing email.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval may depend on billing timing, account activity and the nature of the issue.

Cancelled subscriptions

When a subscription is cancelled at period end, access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the remaining period unless we approve it separately.
