Terms of Service

JobEsok is provided by Imagina Works for photographers, studios and small creative teams to manage bookings, clients, crew, payments and related operations.

You agree to use JobEsok responsibly and only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for the information entered into your workspace, including client details, crew details, booking information and payment records.

You are also responsible for managing who has access to your workspace and shared portal links.

Paid JobEsok subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Plan access is managed by JobEsok after billing confirmation.

Subscription changes, cancellations and renewals follow the billing terms shown during checkout or in the billing portal.

During public beta, some features may change as the product improves. We aim to preserve data and workflows carefully, but beta features may evolve.
